We do not make provisional bookings - bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received & a booking form has been completed, so please do be aware that although a date may be available at the time of your first enquiry, it may not be available a few days later. Please note: prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any quote given will exipre 30 days from the date it was given. No booking is secure until a deposit has been received to reserve the date.

When comparing quotes from various companies - things to consider are:

How long have they been in business - the newer the company the cheaper they are likely to be - however this is because they are inexperienced & will not be able to sustain such low prices & are yet to realise the level of work & stock replenishment a successful chair cover hire business entails!

Do they give a full address on their website? A compulsory detail when trading via a website!

How quickly do they respond to your queries - if they don't respond to your initial queries promptly, it's very doubtful they'll respond to your queries quickly once they've take your money!

Do they ask/mention chair cover sizes? There is no such thing as a standard banqueting chair!

Do they have any current customer testimonials & images of their recent work? And check out the bows on the chairs - untidy bows are not a good look and show a lack of attention to detail & care for your big day!
