Terms & Conditions (online orders)

It is expected that you will receive your personalised order within 21-28 days depending upon stock availability. Please feel free to contact us to enquiry about any specific items if 21-28 days is too long to wait as we may be able to help.

Please note that once your order for a personalised item has been received you CANNOT cancel the order.

We currently only ship to addresses within the UK MAINLAND, please provide an approprate address within the UK MAINLAND for delivery.

Postage and packaging is charged at only £3.99.

You will receive an e-mail when your item is dispatched. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Damages, problems and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order we shall then advise on a suitable solution.                  

Tailor Made Occasions can not be held responsible for any loss bought about by the non supply or late delivery of any product.

Personalised goods are non-returnable, except in the unlikely event that they are found to be faulty, in which case they may be returned for a refund/exchange with the prior approval of Tailor Made Occasions.
