Booking Procedure/Information 

Please see below important information about our booking our Deluxe Package;

1) Obtain a quote, using the link to the left of this page, please remember that quotes are valid for 30 days only. We do not keep notes of any enquires or make provisional bookings - bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received & a booking form has been completed, so please do be aware that although a date may be available at the time of your first enquiry, it may not be available a few days later (especially so for the busy summer months).

2) If you would then like to reserve the date, please fill in the online booking form with the preliminary details & pay a 30% deposit. Payments are accepted in the form of; Debit/credit card over the telephone. Please note that there is a 3% charge for paying via Paypal. There is a 2% charge for paying with a CREDIT card over the telephone. There are no charges for paying with a DEBIT card over the telephone.The following payment plan will then apply:

  • No later than 3 months before the event a further 30% is due.
  • Then no later than 1 month before the event the balance along with a £100 refundable security deposit is due.

5) When we receive your 30% deposit & preliminary online booking form we'll then send you a sample box, containing ribbon colour charts, sample favours & sash swatches. We ask that you finalise the details on the booking form and return it to us WITHIN 21 days (along with the samples in the stamped addressed box).

6) You must forward us your guests names and seating plan details, no later than 5 weeks before the wedding. Failure to provide this information by 35 days before your wedding will result in the items not being made. The guests names must be e-mailed to us in simple vertical lists (in a Word document, no spreadsheets, tables or Excel) or saved on a disc and given to us - you are responsible for ensuring the guests names are spelt correctly.

7) The final balance must be paid no later than 1 month before the wedding along with the £100 security deposit (security deposit must be paid by debit/credit card over the telephone), but in the meantime if you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail, you will recieve a response the same day.

We kindly request that you do not amend your order total unless you are 100% sure those numbers are definate, as once you increase your total we will not re-amend an invoice total if your guest numbers then drop again. Amending invoices , working out extra availability & sometimes buying in extra stock to fufill these amendments costs us valuable time & money.

IMPORTANT: No booking is secure until a 30% deposit has been paid, we do not 'hold' dates or make provisional bookings. We will not take a booking without the measurements detailed above.

If you would like colour swatches of sashes before booking please ask - we shall post them to you.
