Due to the nature of our business it is impossible for us to operate set office hours. All enquires can be dealt with quickly & efficiently via this method of contact and you will always receive a reply on the same day.
For all quote requests or to check availability - please use the Quote Request pages on this website - this enables us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible, as we will then have all of the relevant information required to work out costs/stock availability/travelling times etc. Thank you for your co-operation.
If you would like to make amendments to an existing order, again this must be done via e-mail so that we can work out if such amendments are possible before authorising them.

Our phone line is not constantly manned, you may therefore reach the answer phone service, as we may be out delivering/collecting stock, trying on chair covers, or at the wholesalers or making stationery, favours & balloon arrangements, preparing for bookings or counting stock & packing orders.
