| Booking Procedure/Information |

Please see below important information about our booking procedure;
1) Obtain a quote, using the link to the left of this page, please remember that quotes are vaild for 30 days only. We do not keep notes of any enquires or make provisional bookings - bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received & a booking form has been completed, so please do be aware that although a date may be available at the time of your first enquiry, it may not be available a few days later (especially so for the busy summer months).
2) If you would like to book please ensure you read the Terms of Hire, then complete a booking form either online or a paper version. You must then also pay a 30% deposit to secure the date. Booking confirmation will be posted to you along with your sash swatch.
6) Your final balance, alone with a £100 security deposit (security deposit must be paid by debit/credit card over the telephone) is then due for payment no later than 1 monthn before the event. However if your order value is £700 or over the following payment plan will apply:
- No later than 3 months before the event a further 30% is due.
- Then no later than 1 month before the event the balance along with a £100 refundable security deposit is due.
Please note that there is a 3% charge for paying via Paypal. There is a 2% charge for paying with a CREDIT card over the telephone. There are no charges for paying with a DEBIT card over the telephone.
